Statistics and cookies
Applies to crodu.com and crodus.ai. Version 1, in force from 15 October 2026. The Polish version is binding.
Who is responsible
The controller is CRODU sp. z o.o., ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6762551500. Write to hello@crodu.com about your data.
What we record on every visit
When you open a page, our server records:
- which site and page you opened and when,
- which site you came from (the domain only, e.g. google.com),
- campaign tags in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, z),
- the code in the link (parameter k), if we sent you a link with a code,
- country, city and network name derived from the IP address,
- the type of browser, system and device, and the browser language.
We do not store the IP address or the full browser description. We store nothing on your device. We do this in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): to know where visitors come from and whether people we sent a link to used it. If we sent you a link with a code, we know you came from that link.
What we record if you agree
After you click "Accept", we store a cookie _cs with a random identifier in your browser for 12 months, which links your visits. The script on the page then records:
- which pages, chapters and elements you view and click,
- whether the tab is in front and, once a minute, whether you move the mouse, scroll or click (not what you type),
- starting and stopping sound or video, leaving the page and coming back.
If you write to us through the form on the site, we link this history to the name, email address and company from the form. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
Cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
crodus_zgoda, crodus_zgoda_w | remember your decision and the consent version, including a refusal | 12 months |
_cs | random identifier, only after consent | 12 months |
Changing your decision
Change your consent to statistics. When you withdraw consent, we delete the _cs cookie and record no further events. Withdrawal does not affect what we recorded before. You can ask us by email to delete that data.
Who else has access
- Cloudflare runs the sites and the statistics database, which is stored in the European Union.
- Resend and Google deliver form messages to our mailbox.
How long we keep data
Detailed events after consent: 6 months. Records of page visits and links to a person: 13 months. After that we delete them automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). We do not make decisions based on this data that have legal effects on you.
